A Bucks County native, Sterling began his culinary career at 18 and quickly worked his way through some of the region’s most respected kitchens, eventually becoming Executive Chef before joining the renowned STARR Restaurant Catering Group in Philadelphia.
Along the way, he led restaurant openings, reimagined menus, mentored culinary teams, and orchestrated everything from intimate dinners to celebrations serving thousands.
Today, Sterling has returned to what inspired him in the first place: cooking for people, not crowds. Specializing in private in home dinners, intimate celebrations, and thoughtfully curated gatherings, he believes the best meals are the ones shared with family and friends in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
His style is ingredient driven, seasonal, and refined without ever feeling pretentious.
